Default datamining database

Hi, the same, as there are deafult played hands, and default observed hands databases, there could be default datamining database, so there would be no need to change the active database everytime we import datamined hands.

We do not actively support datamining - and more and more sites are making it against the Terms of Service to purchase and use datamined hands - so we will not be adding in features like this.
