Can you use PT3 custom stats in PT4?

I have a load of custom stats on PT3 that I would like to use in PT4. Is it possible?

the stats I got are in the .rar form tho, how can I import them into Pt4?

Decompress them, and import them using the Import option in the Options drop down on the Configure --> Statistics window.
