Switch from disabled to read-only in Statistics dialog

Postby Ninja666 » Fri Feb 22, 2013 4:31 am

Hey,

Right now Build in stats are not availabe to copy- everything is disabled there. However QUite often I need to copy stat name, part of expression or something else. Right now I need to click duplicate and then copy it. It is unnecessary. PLease make it just read-only. I would be able to select and copy but wouldn';t be able to change anything. Thnx.

Clicking duplicate is the correct way to do this - then you can actually just edit that data and save it however you would like. For example, you can start here, add more data to the column definition and change the name and save it . . . you don't need to copy it, then click New and start from scratch.

Why it is correct way to do so it is clicking duplicate? When I was at uni I was tought in the other way... What if I don't want to creat any stat at all but I need just to copy from one to other or something?

It's the best way to do it within PT4 at this point. I promise, it's not that hard to get used to :)
