Hello, is there a resource that defines HUD statistics? I'm looking for the definition of 3B vs 2Bet and 3Bet preflop?

In PokerTracker 4 go to 'Configure -> Statistics'. There you can select a statistic and view a description for it on the 'Details' tab.

Let's imagine a scenario where EP limps, CO raises, and EP raises again. Is this play counted in the 3BET VS EP 2BET stat?

In that scenario the CO is the 2bettor and EP is the 3bettor so that would be counted in '3Bet vs CO 2Bet'.

Therefore, limping is not a bet

2bets+ can only be raises. Preflop the posting of the BB is considered the first bet so the first preflop raiser is 2betting, the second preflop raiser is 3betting and so on.
