is there a way to filter for actions of one player if the players after him are structured in a certain way?

f.e. I would like to see how often a player openraises from CO if a player from a certain group (that I can identify myself already by using player_id in () ) is sitting on the button.

So, is there an expression for a player out of a list of player IDs that is not active player sits on the button in this hand? I don´t mind whether I use expression filter or program a stat. The player list contains a few thousand players, though. So, it might be a bit much for creating a statistic I guess
