Raised All-In gives also Call All-In

I wan’t to know the shove ranges for villains, thus I have a note:
Player: (Raised All-In) AND (Raised Preflop Any 3Bet)
Just while ago I had where 1. UTG open 2. Villain 3b 3. Me cold 4B shove 4. UTG folds and Villain Calls.
This hand went through the filter and gave the villain a note. I wonder why?
Edit: Just realized that the villain was not assigned default note "Called any 4Bets {cardrange}" either.
