The stack sizes of the players in this HH are 35 and 78.
Shouldn't the note say the smaller stack size instead of the larger between the 2 stack sizes?

From your screenshot it looks like it. Please export the note definition and attach it and the original hand history to a support ticket and we'll investigate further for you.
