Ignition is no longer being tracked. I'm using the hand grabber and it says to close and reopen the table, I do that multiple times and it makes no difference. This used to happen every so often and reopening the table would fix it, now it happens every time and nothing fixes it.

There are a few other threads about this in this forum - the development team are investigating what changed in the revent Ignition updates. Please open a Support Ticket if you would like to receive a notification when the fix is pushed out.
