Ignition Hand Grabber doesn't work anymore

Hello,

My Ignition Hand Grabber isn't working anymore. Checked my subscription and it said it was cancelled(???). As it was only 2 months left I bought a new subscription but still it isn't working. I see no status anymore in the "PokerTrackerApps" tab but I do see Ignition HG is enebled. Downloading hands still works fine, only my HUD isn't.

Cancelling the subscription via your account only turns off the automatic renewal - access to the Ignition Hand Grabber would remain in place until the original expiry date.

Download and install PokerTracker 4 again via the link below and make sure to run the installer file with the Ignition client closed:

When that's done start PokerTracker 4, click 'Play Poker -> Get Hands While Playing' then start your Ignition client and try things out again.
