Ignition hand grabber always disabled

Hi, I recently purchased the ignition hand grabber but I always get the pop up message that says "The 3rd party app Ignition Hand Grabber could not be started. It has been disabled".
How can I fix this issue, thank you in advance.

Got the same message the last couple of days as well. Hud ain't working at all anymore.

Please try re-enabling it via the PokerTracker+ menu > Ignition Hand Grabber > Enable Ignition Hand Grabber.

If that does not work then enable logging (Configure > Options), restart PT4 and try re-enabling the Ignition Hand Grabber again.
Create and attach a Support Bundle to a Support Ticket so that we can check your log and see why it isn't working in your specific case.

With Ignition closed please try re-enabling the grabber as described above. Next turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4 and click 'Play Poker -> Get Hands While Playing' before you start Ignition. Take a seat at one table and if you then have any problem with the HUD create a support bundle via the 'File -> Create Support Bundle' menu option in PokerTracker 4. When that file has been saved attach your support bundle to a Support Ticket.
