Ignition Hand Grabber Stopped Working

Hey, Team -

Last week I was able to successfully use the PT4 HUD on Ignition. But for some reason it hasn't worked for the past couple of days.

Please advise.

A new version of the hand grabber has been released and this can be incorrectly flagged by AV software which can block hand grabber functionality. If you are using any AV software please add exceptions for/whitelist the following folders in your AV software:

C:\Users\{Windows Login}\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\Apps\SWduaXRpb24gSGFuZCBHcmFiYmVy
C:\Users\{Windows Login}\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\Temp

If you do not see the AppData folder in Windows File Explorer then please refer to this guide.

An update for the hand grabber is now available. Please restart PokerTracker 4 with your Ignition/Bodog/Bovada poker client closed and the update will download automatically. Let us know if this resolves the issue for you.

In PokerTracker 4 select 'File --> Open User Data Folder'. In the window that opens go into the 'Apps' folder and then inside the 'SWduaXRpb24gSGFuZCBHcmFiYmVy' folder. Delete any files in this folder and then restart PokerTracker 4 with your Ignition/Bodog/Bovada poker client closed.

I'm just getting back to this. I'm running Windows 11 Security, and this AppData folder isn't visible. When I click on the Link you told me to in order to correctly add the Whitelist folders, I don't see instructions for this AppData folder stuff. Please advise...

Near the bottom of that page there is an item labelled 'Show hidden files' where for Windows 11 it says "Open File Explorer from the taskbar. Select View > Show, then select Hidden items to view hidden files and folders".
