Problem with different stakes

Im using the tracker with the ignition to play bodog, and its working just fine in NL100 but when i try it in 200 it doesnt work ( i have the full stakes edition)

While your PokerTracker 4 license supports All Stakes your Ignition Hand Grabber subscription is only for Small Stakes so you will need to purchase an All Stakes Ignition Hand Grabber subscription. There isn't currently an upgrade path for the Ignition Hand Grabber but if you purchase the All Stakes version you can then contact us via our support system to request a refund for the time remaining on your Small Stakes subscription.
