I get the missing/outdated file error on load. also when i look in my subscriptions, it shows as a inactive sub, despite having 79 days left of the subscription. this has been an intermitant problem since ignition did their update that sends logins through the web portal. occasional loss of functionality has become complete loss of funcrtionality. what's the fix?

If you are using any AV software please add exceptions for/whitelist the following folders in your AV software:

C:\Users\{Windows Login}\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\Apps\SWduaXRpb24gSGFuZCBHcmFiYmVy
C:\Users\{Windows Login}\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\Temp

If you do not see the AppData folder in Windows File Explorer then please refer to this guide.

When that's done restart your computer.

Next start PokerTracker 4 and turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4.

Click 'Play Poker -> Get Hands While Playing' before starting your poker client.

That just means the subscription will not automatically renew when it expires.
